Our philosophy on running a beer garden is simple: good beer, fast service, and easy access. We serve that up daily in one of the most authentic towns on Colorado’s Front Range.
Red Rocks Beer Garden is dedicated to creating a special experience, whether it's before a concert or just an afternoon of catching up with friends over a beer. Located in the shadow of Red Rocks Amphitheater, our 2,500 square foot patio is an ideal spot for a pre-concert or post-dinner drink.
With dedicated parking spots for Uber, Lyft, and group shuttles, we make it easy to get here. We offer streamlined bar service with quick-order food, so you can spend less time ordering and more time with friends and family.
Dogs are welcome! We are pet friendly and so your leashed dog is welcome to join you on the patio. (Ask at the bar for a special doggie treat!)

MEET THE OWNER
Hello. My name is Paul Thompson and I established Red Rocks Beer Garden in 2017. We have taken a house that was lived in for over 120 years and transformed it into a relaxing and unique experience befitting the community spirit of Colorado.
Originally from Montana, I moved to Colorado for graduate school in 2007 and fell in love with the Morrison region as the great outdoors reminded me of growing up in Montana. I started Red Rocks Beer Garden because I always thought Morrison could use a relaxing outdoor patio with terrific local beer that focused on everything great in Colorado including hiking, biking and taking in a concert at the best concert venue in the world.

From the very start, I knew I wanted Red Rocks Beer Garden to be 100%, Colorado. I felt it was important that as a locally owned business that I support fellow Coloradans. Therefore, we only serve drinks and food from Colorado-based businesses. So when you hang out on our historic patio, know that you are supporting multiple local companies!
